I live in Bethesda and I came into real estate after working in accounting and tax. Over time, I realized I genuinely enjoyed the real estate side of things more than spreadsheets — researching neighborhoods, watching the market, comparing properties, and talking about houses probably more than a regular person would. I love how different every area in the DMV feels and could easily spend hours looking at listings “just for fun” (which is how you know it became a real interest).
I also own a couple of rental properties myself, so I understand both the excitement and stress that can come with buying real estate. The DMV market can feel fast-moving, competitive, and sometimes a little chaotic, so I try to keep the process straightforward and honest without making it feel overly salesy or intimidating.
